Safety and sustainability, Concepts in Primary Packaging Apart from maintaining existing safety practices, several new initiatives have been introduced to further strengthen the safety culture across the organization. A formal Safety Committee has been established to drive safety governance, review incidents, and implement preventive actions. Regular mock drills are being conducted to improve preparedness for emergency situations, and on-the- job safety training programs are being rolled out to enhance awareness, competence, and safe work behavior among employees and contractors. These initiatives are aimed at creating a proactive safety environment and minimizing workplace risks. In line with the organization’s commitment to environmental sustainability and national climate goals, focused efforts are underway to significantly increase the use of green power. The current level of renewable energy utilization is being progressively enhanced, with a target to reach 75% green energy consumption.
